★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantan esos helados, lastima que ya no estén en plaza cumbres solo por eso les doy 4 estrellas, ahora solo los encuentro en fiesta San Agustín, son más caros que otras marcas pero valen la pena, un aspecto negativo es que a veces les escasean los sabores.
 I love those ice creams, it hurts that they are no longer in Plaza Cumbres just for that I give them 4 stars, now I only find them at the San Agustín party, they are more expensive than other brands but they are worth it, a negative aspect is that sometimes they are scarce the flavors.

También tienen buen trato por parte del personal que atiende la sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es inaceptable que te vendan nieve sin azúcar diciéndote que usan splenda como edulcolorante cuando en realidad usan Aspartame. Enseguida dejo los efectos dañinos que causa este edulcorante el cual debería estar prohibido y no sólo eso sino igual no deberían de engañar a los clientes.
Según varios estudios las enfermedades que puede causar el aspartame van desde; la ceguera, Cáncer, tumores cerebrales, dolores de cabeza, pérdida de la memoria, convulsiones, pérdida de la visión, coma, TDA, lupus, fibromialgia, distrofia muscular, Alzheimer, fátiga crónica, diabetes y depresión.
It is unacceptable that they sell you sugar free ice cream telling you that they use splenda as a sweetener when they actually use Aspartame. Then I leave the harmful effects caused by this sweetener which should be prohibited and not only that but they should not deceive customers.
According to several studies, the diseases that aspartame can cause range from; blindness, cancer, brain tumors, headaches, memory loss, seizures, vision loss, coma, ADD, lupus, fibromyalgia, muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer's, chronic fatigue, diabetes, and depression.

Y la joven estaba de un humor terrible en serio porque no revisan eso de mala gana atiende y además olía a caño el local.
No lo recomiendo
Yesterday I went to the San Agustín branch, I had never tried ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados están ricos y las malteadas también, de sabor están bien, pero las porciones no son tan grandes como en otras heladerías y el precio si esta más alto, el lugar está limpio, aseado y la atención es rápida, pero prefiero otro lugar con mejores precios y más cantidad.
The ice creams are rich and the milkshakes too, they taste good, but the portions are not as big as in other ice cream parlors and the price is higher, the place is clean, neat and the service is quick, but I prefer another place with better prices and more quantity.
