★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal que no resuelve errores de su sistema, sin real servicio al cliente, no me respetaron una oferta que estaba marcada y dentro de la fecha especificada. No es la primera ves que me pasa, no tienen la menor idea de que hacer ni a dónde llamar para esos temas. Si te quieres quejar no te dan ningún número de teléfono, si acaso te dicen que ahí está en el ticket pero es el mismo de dónde se hizo la compra (osea de esa misma sucursal) y ellos mismos contestarán y claro, la queja ni servía de nada, hay empleados muy muy sangrones en esa y las otras sucursales de medrano, ni hablar, solo por los precios voy allí, si hubiera otra opción por culpa de los empleados, ya no iría, parece que no los capacitan o que no les importa su empleo que es tratar con el público en general
