★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada de aeromarket en el aeropuerto de Guadalajara, no tiene modales y le grita a los clientes y a la empleada que le ayuda, necasita mucho entrenamiento para ser encargada, mientras este ella no regreso a su tienda, lastima x que los productos son buenos pero esa encargada da muy mal servicio, espero solucionen eso, Gracias
The aeromarket manager at the Guadalajara airport, has no manners and yells at the customers and the employee who helps her, she needs a lot of training to be in charge, while she did not return to her store, it hurts because the products are good but That manager gives a very bad service, I hope they solve that, Thank you

I felt uncomfortable, the lady in charge just follows you as if you were going to steal and DOES NOT give you your space also told me not to touch what I was going to buy, rude old woman, very beautiful products, it was obvious that I did not buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service by Lupe who’s the store manager. My mother came in to buy some snacks, Lupe proceeded to throw the snacks roughly on the counter and was spoke to my mother in a harsh and loud manner. My mother had a small white bag on top of the candy and Lupe went ahead and screamed at her rudely to take off the small bag. If you want to be treated like scum by their own store manager go ahead and walk in.
