★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUE LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA, APARTE DE QUE TARDAN HORAS PARA ATENDER SON MUY INEFICIENTES LOS EJECUTIVOS.
RESULTA QUE LLAME PARA LA COMPRA DE BOLETOS Y DI LAS FECHAS LAS CONFIRME, Y A FIN DE CUENTAS ME ENVÍAN LA FECHA QUE LA EJECUTIVA QUISO, Y OBVIAMENTE ME DI CUENTA INMEDIATAMENTE Y QUISE QUE ME CORRIGIERAN ESE ERROR QUE ELLA TUBO Y NUNCA QUISO, SEGÚN QUE TENIA UN COSTO DE 13 MIL PESOS HACER EL CAMBIO. CAMBIO QUE NO ERA MI RESPONSABILIDAD YA QUE LA SEÑORITA QUE ATENDIÓ ESTABA TODA DISTRAÍDA.
Y ENCIMA DE TODO SON UNOS GROSEROS, NI LOCA LO RECOMENDARÍA ES LO PEOR EN AEROLÍNEAS
IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE, OTHER THAN THEY TAKE HOURS TO ATTEND THE EXECUTIVES ARE VERY INEFFICIENT.
IT RESULTS THAT I CALLED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS AND I SAID THE DATES AND CONFIRM THEM, AND AT THE END OF THE ACCOUNTS THEY SENT ME THE DATE THAT THE EXECUTIVE WANTED, AND OBVIOUSLY GOT IT IMMEDIATELY AND WANTED TO BE CORRECTED THAT ERROR THAT SHE NEVER WANTED IT HAD A COST OF 13 THOUSAND PESOS TO MAKE THE CHANGE. A CHANGE THAT WAS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY SINCE THE LADY WHO TREATED WAS ALL DISTRAWN.
AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THEY ARE RUDE, NOR CRAZY WOULD RECOMMEND IT IS THE WORST IN AIRLINES

There was no refund at all ... I already paid for the flight and policies ... too bad ... and according to economic flight for that reason ... now by land

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de aerolínea, primera vez, que viajaba con ellos, algunos de sus personal son muy despotas, al menos de 2 que estan en donde el chekin, (un hombre y mujer) fue la mujer toda mal encarada, así como la que esta en L2, grosera y prepotente, esta señora, turno de la mañana, fue la peor, por no querer ayudarme con mis dudas, perdí mi vuelo.
The worst airline experience, first time, traveling with them, some of their staff are very despotic, at least 2 who are where the chekin, (a man and a woman) was the woman all badly faced, as well as the one who she is in L2, rude and arrogant, this lady, morning shift, was the worst, for not wanting to help me with my doubts, I missed my flight.
