★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in for lunch on New Year's Day (my husband had eaten there before and recommended) and it was great! It is a wonderful location on the town square with outside seating. I had guacamole and sopa de tlalpeño and my husband had arrachera tacos steamed in banana leaves....everything was absolutely delicious! And the red salsa that came with the chips was still slightly warm and quite possibly the best salsa I have ever had...and that's saying A LOT! Service was great and we completely enjoyed everything :-)

My boyfriend and I went to have dinner there upon our arrival to Tequila. The service was good and friendly but unfortunately we got food poisoning from their “alambre agavero pollo” which completely ruined our holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pretty small so sometimes you have to wait for a while. The food is ok but it’s pretty expensive (the drinks as well) in comparison with other places that offer better space a better food and more variety. The place looks good and you get to see the floor view of the plaza and the side of the temple. I see that only foreigners come to this place; usually the locals go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had drinks, so can’t comment on the food. Good selection of wine by the glass, along with some craft beers. Margaritas are too sweet and taste artificial though. Very good service.

My first one star. Food was subpar, I had the chilaquiles very salty and not flavorful. Food progressively gotten worse as we ate it.
