Después de esperar veinte minutos más de lo que nos habían dicho, nos regresaron a nuestra perra con el collar roto de la hebilla y nos dijeron "así venía". Les dijimos que no era cierto; que no podíamos haber paseado con ella con el collar en ese estado. Nos ignoraron, no aceptaron la culpa, no nos pagaron el collar y mucho menos nos reembolsaron.
 Very bad experience with the bathroom. After waiting twenty minutes longer than what we had been told, they returned our dog with the broken collar of the buckle and said "this is it". We told them it was not true; that we couldn't have walked with her with the necklace in that state. They ignored us, they didn't accept the blame, they didn't pay us for the necklace, let alone reimburse us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años llevando a mi mascota, ya sea a baño y corte o a servicios médico veterinarios, al Canelito le pone de buenas ir además Marla y Wendy siempre nos han atendido muy bien. Por cierto compren de las paletas heladas que tienen para los perritos estoy seguro que les gustarán tanto como al Canelito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Además de ser un exelente lugar porque me consta lo he visto y he estado no por chismes el amor y la dedicación de el equipo de este lugar para las mascotas rescatando perros donando atendiendo siempre atentos 24/7 asta en su propia casa eso y el tiempo la dedicación pero sobretodo el amor para atender mascotas no tiene precio siempre resolviendo las mascotas no se enferman ahí ya llegan mal de los nervios de sus dueños comento porque he leído un poco se nota la envidia que les tienen Doctora marla yo conozco sus éxitos sus logros y las dificultades que llegan derrepente pero los años de experiencia y la trayectoria que tienen cuesta no llego de un chisme de vecindad fue de trabajar y esforzarse yo en resumen apoyo a este lugar como uno de los mejores sus precios justos y no abusivos como en otros lugares felicidades y sigan adelante ese gran equipo de trabajo
