★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montaron a un señor que su esposa dio positivo al cobid y le deje saber al chófer la situación y me dijo que el estaba negativo. Pero como montan a una persona que estuvo en contacto directo con alguien que tine el cobid y que comparten habitación que no tine un antígeno positivo pero eso no quiere decir que no sea portador y que no tenga el cobid en periodo de incubación. Además que lo esperamos tremendo rato y el estaba afuera del hotel esperando obio para evitar que el hotel interfiera. Bueno de las 10:30 que teníamos que salir salimos a las 11: 40 y aquí estoy en camino a ver si no pierdo mi vuelo por el retraso y si me libro del cobid.
 They mounted a man whose wife tested positive for cobid and let the driver know the situation and told me that he was negative. But how they mount a person who was in direct contact with someone who has the cobid and who shares a room who does not have a positive antigen but that does not mean that he is not a carrier and that he does not have the cobid in the incubation period. Also, we waited for him a long time and he was outside the hotel obviously waiting to prevent the hotel from interfering. Well from 10:30 we had to leave we left at 11:40 and here I am on my way to see if I do not miss my flight because of the delay and if I get rid of the cobid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Amstar in the past and they have been great. However, our recent experience with them was horrible and I would recommend you look elsewhere for transportation if getting to the airport on time is important to you. We had a 7:30am flight out of Cancun and our resort was about an hour away. They suggested a 3:30am pick up to give us plenty of time to get to the airport, check in, etc. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! We waited until 4am until a staff member at our resort called two of his friends who are taxi drivers. They woke up and got to us by 4:15am and we paid over $200 one way to get to the airport (after paying Amstar $175 for roundtrip transportation). Needless to say, it was a very stressful situation and we'd never trust them again. We tried calling several times that morning and couldn't get through. We also sent an email after the fact, letting them know what happened and asking for them to refund us. They have never responded. Absolutely unacceptable!

From Cancun Mexico Airport to the Cozumel Island Ferry, Pedro was amazing and every Amstar representative was very friendly and talkative. At the Sunscapes resorts& Secrets resorts? Salvador and Andrea were the most pleasant - so grateful to have met them. The drivers drove extremely well - no motion sickness lol and very safe?. They were all so knowledgeable about their area! Thank you I felt so privileged to have Amstar as my transportation.
