★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor servicio en la industria, reporté un siniestro hace 3 meses y entregé toda la documentación exigida (toneladas de papeles) y aún no recibo compensación, el servicio al cliente en no existente, ni siquiera devuelven las llamadas
Worst service in the industry, I reported a claim 3 months ago and delivered all the required documentation (tons of papers) and I still do not receive compensation, customer service is non-existent, they do not even return calls

Tengo un siniestro en proceso desde hace 6 meses y aun ni se han tomado la molestia en contactarme para decir como va el tramite. Si vas a la oficina a pedir información la encargada se esconde cuando puedes verla aplastada en su escritorio. 1 estrella xq lamentablemente no se pude poner menos, pésimo servicio.
IT DOES NOT WORK..!!
I have had a claim in process for 6 months and they have not even bothered to contact me to say how the process is going. If you go to the office to ask for information, the manager hides when you can see it squashed on her desk. 1 star because unfortunately I could not put less, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por teléfono, no me quisieron explicar nada y simplemente me colgaron, si así atienden a nuevos clientes ya me imagino como te atenderán si tienes algún problema, fueron muy groseros
Terrible service on the phone, they didn't want to explain anything to me and simply hung up on me, if that's how they serve new customers I can imagine how they will serve you if you have a problem, they were very rude
