★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great meal and good service! There could be a little more Mexican wines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see how this place might excite some, but me? No. The ambience is too stuffy for its own good, and the music was terrible: generic bossa nova lounge covers of American pop songs. The service was impersonal and slow, and it's not a good place for vegetarians. We paid $50 USD for 3 items that were all fine, but not great or even interesting. You can find much better, more charming options at half the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had tasting menu with wine pairing, although not served amuse Bouche. All very good. Lovely place. However, service felt rushed with 8pm reservation. Brought next wine without having finished prior. Basically figured out they were kicking us out at 10pm. Should not have taken reservation for 8pm. Spoiled what would have been a five star dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make reservations here! The staff is delightful and friendly and always by the ready without being looming. Request to eat in the courtyard, as the 'library-type' area is a bit stiff. The food was fantastic! We had beet salad with goat cheese and artichoke soup to start, then pumpkin ravioli and wygu beef for entrés. Ended with the flan. Recommend highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is delicious. Their bread in the entradas is really good so as the pescado del día. However, their courses are small portion and don’t worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant dining with teeny tiny portions and high prices. The side of spinach with my entree was literally 3 leaves wilted and the potato purée was about a spoons worth. We left feeling hungry and seeking out other food after paying more than other fine dining places in town where we left satisfied.
It wasn’t busy but the service was neglectful. Several times we had to get up to find staff to request something after waiting beyond what would be considered “Mexican time” (we had a native in our group who confirmed this). For elegant dining the service was not on par. The prices weren’t worth the quality or quantity of food.
The one person in our group who was satisfied got the burger which was a lower cost item on the menu yet was enough food to be satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can afford it this restaurant is a must. The food is truly exquisite. Eventhough they have no children's menu my 7 year old daughter was delighted by the potato soup with truffle and ordered 3 plates of mussels. Every dish is beautifully dressed and looks and tastes amazing. The deserts were some of the best I have ever tasted. Will absolutely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperi is definitely high end dinning in San Miguel. The restaurant isn’t very big so a reservation is recommended. The outdoor courtyard is where you should ask for a table. The food was very good, and so were the drinks. The ambiance is a little stiff as the restaurant is quiet. But overall left there very satisfied
