★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima pésima atención al cliente, si pudiera no les daría ni una sola estrella. Les llamé para rentar un aromatizante y me dejaron plantada TRES VECES!! Quedaron de llevar el aparato y las 3 veces no llegaron, ni siquiera mandaban un mensaje para que no los estuviera esperando, simplemente no llegaban. Conocí el producto hace aprox 3 años y me encantó pero el servicio al cliente lo tienen por el suelo. De qué les sirve tener un buen producto si no atienden?
Lousy lousy customer service, if I could I wouldn't give them a single star. I called them to rent an air freshener and they stood me up THREE TIMES!! They agreed to take the device and the 3 times they did not arrive, they did not even send a message so that I would not be waiting for them, they simply did not arrive. I discovered the product about 3 years ago and I loved it, but the customer service is on the ground. What is the use of having a good product if they do not attend?
