★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felicito a Artexa por su excelente servicio en especial a Alejandra de la Garza de ventas ya que me apoyo durante la compra de un equipo enfriador de aire, el cual me llego a Cancún en el tiempo acordado, lamentablemente el equipo no funciono como esperamos debido a que las condiciones del lugar en el que se instalo contaba con humedad y poca circulación de aire, sin embargo siempre tuve el apoyo necesario en soporte técnico y al confirmar que el equipo no funcionaría correctamente para esa área me ofrecieron iniciar con el tramite para la devolución, Artexa demuestra ser una empresa que ve primero por sus clientes. Agradezco su apoyo y los felicito por su excelente servicio
I congratulate Artexa for her excellent service, especially Alejandra de la Garza from sales, since she supported me during the purchase of an air cooler equipment, which arrived in Cancun at the agreed time, unfortunately the equipment did not work as expected due to that the conditions of the place where it was installed had humidity and little air circulation, however I always had the necessary support in technical support and when confirming that the equipment would not work correctly for that area they offered me to start with the process for the return , Artexa proves to be a company that sees its customers first. I appreciate your support and congratulations on your excellent service.
