★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mejorar en la atención a clientes de algunos asesores masculinos ya q atienden de mala gana cua do te ven con uniformes y no con ropa de marca, se les olvida que de las rentas pagan su salario sea quien sea el cliente .
There is still a need to improve the customer service of some male advisers since they reluctantly attend when they see you in uniforms and not brand clothes, they forget that from the rents they pay their salary whoever the customer is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mayormente no califico mal pero le doy tres sencillas razones:
1.- Te tardan un buen tiempo en atender, casi más de media hora, hasta cuarenta minutos.
2.- Las cajas mayormente están vacías, siempre, sea en la mañana, tarde, lo que sea, además que los que te atienden te dan un mal trato, se la pasan parloteando entre ellos, y uno se queda parado hasta que le presten atención.
3.- No tienen cambio, y te lo dicen ya tarde que has pedido casi cuarenta minutos para que no te atiendan como te mereces.
En mi opinión, mejor vayan a otra sucursal.
Terrible service, mostly I don't rate badly but I give you three simple reasons:
1.- It takes you a good time to attend, almost more than half an hour, up to forty minutes.
2 .- The boxes are mostly empty, always, be it in the morning, afternoon, whatever, in addition to those who attend to you they give you a bad treatment, they spend it chattering between them, and one remains standing until they lend Attention.
3.- They have no change, and they tell you already late that you have asked for almost forty minutes so that they do not attend to you as you deserve.
In my opinion, you better go to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PS mi celular ayer lo compre está nuevo lo lleve a garantía xq su cargador no sirve y la solución q me dieron fue un cargador viejo de ello mismo si tiene garantía lo lógico es darte algo nuevo no usado que mal servicio
PS my cell phone yesterday I bought it is new I took it under warranty because its charger does not work and the solution they gave me was an old charger of it itself, if it has a guarantee, the logical thing is to give you something new not used that bad service
