★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado, entregan las mercancías de acuerdo a sus intereses y no de las posibilidades de sus clientes, les pedí me llamaran para poder atenderlos ya q trabajo, pues fueron en horario q a ellos les acomodaba, ahora sigo esperando tras 5 días q los traigan y eso sí, me piensan cobrar adicional 200 pesos x no estar cuando ellos lo requerían. Deben mejorar su "política" y orientarla a la satisfacción del cliente.

Adquirimos un box matrimonial que vimos en físico y llegó algo muy diferente.
Y no dan ninguna solución, se aferran a que si mandaron correctamente la mercancía
