Unos meses después buscaba un auto y encontré con Automayoreo uno .. hice cita, me atendieron como el mejor cliente. Hicimos una prueba de manejo y su asesor fue muy detallado en los beneficios. Comprado el coche y de salida. Recomendados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque al principio el proceso de compra fue buena, la entrega me dejó mucho que desear en cuanto al carro y la negligencia en términos de seguridad hacia el conductor. Me entregaron un carro donde los birlos de dos llantas no estaban ajustadas que me dejó atorado en el tráfico, pudiendo ocasionar un accidente. Esta negligencia por parte de la agencia y su equipo mecánico me hizo devolver el auto y solicitar un reembolso. Asimismo, al comprar el auto lo llené de gasolina en cuyo caso el Gerente de Ventas "Moises Ramirez Cuevas" me prometió que se me haría el reembolso. Al solicitar este reembolso simplemente no se me dio seguimiento y no me hicieron el reembolso. Por lo tanto, me ha llevado a escribir esta reseña para informar sobre la mala experiencia con esta agencia.
Although at the beginning the purchase process was good, the delivery left me much to be desired in terms of the car and the negligence in terms of safety towards the driver. They gave me a car where the studs of two tires were not adjusted, which left me stuck in traffic, which could cause an accident. This negligence on the part of the agency and its mechanical team made me return the car and request a refund. Also, when I bought the car I filled it with gasoline in which case the Sales Manager "Moises Ramirez Cuevas" promised me that I would be reimbursed. When requesting this refund, I was simply not followed up and the refund was not made. Hence, it has prompted me to write this review to report bad experience with this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, me atendieron a la hora que me citaron , me revisaron el coche minuciosamente , llegamos a un acuerdo y cerramos , tardamos 3 horas desde que llegue y logramos cerrar el pago. Obviamente el coche estaba en buen estado y contaba con los documentos completos para su revisión. Altamente recomendables. Lo que uno busca servicio y calidad.
Excellent service, they attended to me at the time they summoned me, they checked my car thoroughly, we reached an agreement and closed, it took 3 hours since I arrived and we managed to close the payment. Obviously the car was in good condition and had the complete documents for review. Highly recommended. What one looks for service and quality.
