They make stops where they shouldn't, they take more than 2 hours than the schedule says and the customer service is lousy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salen media hora después de la hora programada y todavía hacen escala de media hora, nadamás porque no tenía otra opción de Torreón a San Pedro a esas horas sino ni viajaba con ustedes.
They leave half an hour after the scheduled time and they still make a half-hour stopover, just because I had no other option from Torreón to San Pedro at that time but I wasn't even traveling with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno enlaces faciales, solo que dependiendo la Parada o central es el tamaño u servicio de sus Salas de espera igual de los autobuses como hay de primera y plus hay de tercera en cortas distancias pero es bueno el cervicio me agrada
Facial links are good, only depending on the stop or center is the size or service of their waiting rooms, the same as for buses as there are first and plus there are third in short distances but the service is good, I like it
