★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general servicio bueno, tienen varias áreas de oportunidad en la comunicación con el cliente y entre las dos sedes (MX y USA). El trato es amable y servicial, en mi caso fue con bastantes contratiempos y me atrevo a decir que quiza fue la pandemia. Sin embargo podría mejorar el trato inmediato y en solución a los comtratuempos con un poco de más comunicación y soluciones eficaces y breves. Doy 5 estrellas por al final de todo el resultado esperado se obtuvo, muchas gracias.
 In general, good service, they have several areas of opportunity in communication with the client and between the two locations (MX and USA). The treatment is friendly and helpful, in my case it was with enough setbacks and I dare to say that maybe it was the pandemic. However, it could improve the immediate treatment and solution to the conflicts with a little more communication and effective and brief solutions. I give 5 stars for the end of all the expected result was obtained, thank you very much.
