★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not actually spent a night in this hotel, but do go there for a weekly event. That said, the room for the conference is well appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The reception area is well-maintained and inviting. Of note, the hotel is part of a complex of shops and services and is all set in exceptionally beautiful gardens. It is conveniently located near Centro. I live in San Miguel de Allende, but if I were to refer a friend, I would suggest this place for all of the reasons given above.
