★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una pésima experiencia con ellos, me pospusieron el hacerme el trabajo más de 2 veces porque "Estaban ocupados" aún cuando ya les había pagado el servicio.
Además de que les pedí una protección extra en la que al día siguiente quise mi reembolso y dejar únicamente una de las protecciones y me pusieron pretexto de que ya habían comprado cosas cuando no había pasado ni 1 día completo.
Me pusieron mi protección original a doble precio (Porque no me hicieron el reembolso completo) y varios días después del día de la instalación acordaba.
Además que siempre los tenía que estar buscando para que hicieran su trabajo.
No digo que eso les pase a todos, simplemente tuve una mala experiencia con ellos.
I had a terrible experience with them, they postponed doing my job more than 2 times because "They were busy" even though I had already paid for the service.
In addition to that I asked for an extra protection in which the next day I wanted my refund and leave only one of the protections and they gave me the pretext that they had already bought things when not even 1 full day had passed.
They gave me my original protection at double the price (because they did not give me a full refund) and several days after the day of installation I agreed.
Besides, he always had to be looking for them to do their job.
I'm not saying that happens to everyone, I just had a bad experience with them.
