★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, muy lentos y descriminan si no tienes cuenta con ellos no te dan ticket y te mandan a una ventanilla hacer cola pero el de la ventanilla no te atiende hasta que se desocupe con los cuentahabiente
Lousy branch, very slow and discriminate if you do not have an account with them they do not give you a ticket and they send you to a window to queue but the one in the window does not attend you until it is cleared with the account holders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, dentro de la sucursal se guardan las medidas de sana distancia, pero afuera para esperar entrar es un caos. Sólo hay dos ejecutivos que son lentísimos. Se gasta menos tiempo en ir a una sucursal en Villahermosa y regresar que esperar ser atendido aquí.
The service is very slow, inside the branch the measurements of healthy distance are kept, but outside to wait to enter it is chaos. There are only two executives who are extremely slow. Less time is spent going to a branch in Villahermosa and returning than waiting to be seen here.
