A diferencia de otras sucursales en dónde haciendo una fila sobre 40 personas esperas 20 minutos, en la sucursal de la torre puedes esperar hasta una hora habíendo solo 4 personas.
Hoy por ejemplo entré y habían 3 clientes (conmigo 4) esos tres ya estaban en las ventanillas siendo atendidos al momento que Ingresé a la sucursal, uno en la de atención a clientes y los otros dos en las de ventanilla de depósitos y retiros. Pues paso una hora y esos tres clientes ahí seguían en ventanillas. ¿Que tanto pueden estar haciendo que ahí están parados y no avanzan?.
El trato del personal no es malo, son amables y cordiales, pero existe algún problema con la forma en la que se gestiona esa sucursal puré ni es posible que la atención sea tan lenta.
NO VAYAN A SUCURSAL a menos que no les importe esperar mucho tiempo.
It is the worst branch in terms of attention time.
Unlike other branches where standing in line for 40 people you wait 20 minutes, in the tower branch you can wait up to an hour with only 4 people.
Today for example I entered and there were 3 clients (with me 4) those three were already at the windows being attended to when I entered the branch, one at the customer service and the other two at the deposit and withdrawals window. Well, an hour passed and those three customers were still there at the windows. How much can they be doing that they are standing there and not moving forward?
The treatment of the staff is not bad, they are friendly and cordial, but there is some problem with the way that puree branch is managed, nor is it possible that the service is so slow.
DO NOT GO TO THE BRANCH unless you don't mind waiting too long.
