Todavía que no mandan estados de cuenta uno tiene que lidiar con falta de profesionalización.

Pd: tienen convenio con el scotiabank por del sol y no cobran por retirar ?
It is a good bank in general and the staff attend very well, the only drawback is that the teller is sometimes out of service.
