★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una comparación sencilla, Banco Azteca, hice fila de 20 minutos, al llegar a las cajas me dicen que no me atenderán, que pase a escritorios antes para que puedan validar mi pago, una vez ahí, me dejan al final y no resuelven nada, no pude hacer el pago después de esperar 35 minutos. MISMO PROCESO EN BBVA: llego, paso a cajas, pago y salgo después de 5 minutos con el proceso solucionado. ¡Al buen entendedor, pocas palabras!
A simple comparison, Banco Azteca, I stood in line for 20 minutes, when I got to the tellers they told me that they would not attend to me, that I should go to the desks first so that they could validate my payment, once there, they left me at the end and did not resolve anything, I was unable to make the payment after waiting 35 minutes. SAME PROCESS AT BBVA: I arrive, go to the tills, pay and leave after 5 minutes with the process solved. The good listener few words!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most inept service I have ever experienced anywhere. Instead of helping me resolve my issues they were more concerned about prying into my personal life. Questions and suggestions were ignored and a lot of valuable time was lost. In the end nothing was resolved and not even an apology or proper explanation.
