More ATMs are needed here in Francisco i Madero, as for the service in pss boxes it is very agile and they are attentive but we do require more ATMs

As in many banks, the attention is very slow but the really disappointing thing is that the shifts never work, if there is a system of shifts, please use them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrellota! Why? Ahora ante la contigencia hay mucha gente formada hacen 2 filas, 1 para ventanilla y otra para ejecutivo esta bien eso! Pero el problema es ke la gente llega y se forma desde muy temprano y nadie en el Banco es para salir y decir esta fila es para ventanilla y esta otra para ejecutivo por lo menos al abrir el banco deverian de decir para ke es cada linea y ke no Las cambien al dia siguiente! O de ultimo con una hoja ya sea reciclada minimo dibujen para ke es cada linea gracias por leerme✌✌✌✌
1 star! Why? Now before the contingency there are many trained people make 2 rows, 1 for the window and another for the executive that is fine! But the problem is that people arrive and train very early and nobody in the Bank is to go out and say this row is for the window and this other for the executive, at least when opening the bank, they should say for what each line is and do not change them the next day! Or last with a sheet either recycled minimum draw for what is each line thanks for reading leer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable es servicio para un solo tramite las personas pueden durar horas . Muy la mi expieriensa en ese banco . O tal vez fue que solo estaba un ejecutivo para atender al publico , pero aun asi estar desde las 9 am hasta las 14:20 pm por uno solo tramite eso no es de dios. Y aun faltaba personas para atender des pues de mi no quiero imaginar a que hora saliero
Unfortunate is service for a single procedure people can last for hours. Very my expieriensa in that bank. Or maybe it was that there was only one executive to attend the public, but still being from 9 am to 14:20 pm for one single procedure that is not of God. And there were still people to attend because I don't want to imagine what time I left
