Terrible service, they force you to go to practice and wait while in the area they really don't have anybody else to waste your time.

Pérdida de tiempo y pésimo servicio.
They do not give solution to the problems, the waiting time is absurd and they answer you with returning tomorrow.
Waste of time and lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco cuenta con 1 practicaja y 3 cajeros, la sucursal es pequeña pero por las mañanas esta relativamente vacía. El servicio es bueno pero pueden mejorarlo.
This bank has 1 pilot and 3 ATMs, the branch is small but in the morning it is relatively empty. The service is good but they can improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una hora esperando para que me atienda uno de los 3 ejecutivos presentes... parece que todos están haciendo algo distinto a atender clientes. Fatal! Me tuve que ir! Y eso que el sistema de turnos decía 1 minuto! Ya veo por qué no me querían dar mi turno.
An hour waiting for one of the 3 executives present to attend me... it seems that they are all doing something other than serving customers. Fatal! I had to go! And that the shift system said 1 minute! I see why they didn't want to give me my turn.
