★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están contando con las medidas de salud necesarias. Vine por un tramite y la verdad me sorprende la eficacia del personal. Pensé y venia estresado de que tardaría mucho pero todo lo contrario. Rápido y me ayudaron a instalar la aplicación y enseñaron a usarla. Buen servicio.
They are counting on the necessary health measures. I came for a procedure and the truth is that the efficiency of the staff surprises me. I thought and came stressed that it would take a long time but quite the opposite. Quick and they helped me install the application and taught how to use it. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los asesores. El tiempo promedio de atención es de 1hora y 45 minutos. Al entrar te entregan un "turno" hecho a mano en un papelito improvisado, el cuál no respetan los propios ejecutivos ya que se saltan los turnos atendiendo a sus conocidos o dando prioridad a gente que recién va llegando y no tuvieron que esperar en lo absoluto, con esto se ve un acto de desorganización, falta de consideración hacia las personas que invierten su valioso tiempo y discriminan al público. Solo te atienden dos personas en esta sucursal. Acaso no cuentan con más y mejor personal capacitado?
Si no quieren pasar un mal rato eviten acudir a esta sucursal. Por otro lado, el proceso de atención en ventanilla es efectivo como siempre.
Terrible attention from the advisers. The average attention time is 1 hour and 45 minutes. Upon entering, they give you a "turn" made by hand on an improvised piece of paper, which the executives themselves do not respect since they skip shifts attending to their acquaintances or giving priority to people who are just arriving and did not have to wait at all This is seen as an act of disorganization, lack of consideration towards people who invest their valuable time and discriminate against the public. Only two people serve you at this branch. Don't they have more and better trained staff?
If you don't want to have a bad time, avoid going to this branch. On the other hand, the window service process is effective as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que vengo, la primera vez me rechazaron por qué mi comprobante de domicilio (recibo de agua) no les servía como "comprobante de domicilio", el día de hoy traje bien mi recibo de luz (ese si lo aceptan) llegue a las 15:25 hrs, y me dicen que hoy no me atenderá el ejecutivo, por qué según solo tienen a un solo ejecutivo. Realmente no gasten su tiempo en esta sucursal.... Iré a otra a ver si ahí si me atienden.... Cuando tenga tiempo regresare solo a ponerles una queja. Saludos
It is the second time that I come, the first time they rejected me because my proof of address (water bill) did not serve as "proof of address", today I brought my electricity bill well (if they accept it) I arrived at 3:25 p.m., and they tell me that the executive will not attend me today, because according to them they only have one executive.
