★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Q falta de respeto te acen tomar turno y no te atienden más de una hora se pasan solo tiempo perdido a pero eso sí como dan lata maracandote por tu teléfono q te ofrecen tarjetas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo dos horas esperando pasar con un ejecutivo y solo hay 3 atendiendo, luego llego una señora y entre 3 ejecutivos atendiendola al mismo tiempo cuando la señora ni siquiera sacó turno, solo por que supongo viene seguido y la conocen, pero repito, la molestia es que entre 3 la antendian y dejaron de atendernos a los demás, cambian de turno y hay gente que ya se fue y aún así dejan el turno aproximadamente 10 minutos sin cambiarlo aún cuando les decimos que ya se fueron.
Pésimo servicio y demasiado lento.
I have been waiting for two hours to spend with an executive and there are only 3 attending, then a lady arrived and between 3 executives attending her at the same time when the lady did not even take a turn, just because I suppose she comes often and they know her, but I repeat, the annoyance is that between 3 they antendian it and they stopped attending to the others, they change shifts and there are people who have already left and still leave the shift for approximately 10 minutes without changing it even when we tell them that they have already left.
Terrible service and too slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo trato a personas de la 3a edad , hoy quiso mi mamá hacer su tramite de reposicion, y le dijeron que si no aceptaba una tarjeta de credito no le podian hacer el tramite y pues como no la quiso, no le hicieron el tramite, estubo ahi mas de una hora y media y solo la pasaban de un escritorio a otro. Es la peor sucursal de Bancomer.no metecn ni una sola estrella,.
Terrible treatment of elderly people, today my mother wanted to do her replacement process, and they told her that if she did not accept a credit card they could not do the process and because she did not want it, they did not do the paperwork, she was there more than an hour and a half and they only passed it from one desk to another. It is the worst branch of Bancomer. They do not put a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo estan molestando sus empleados por teléfono para que contrates e incluso en la sucursal te atozigan antes de atenderte. Que molesto es el sr cesar de esa sucursal.
They are just bothering their employees on the phone so that you hire and even at the branch they choke you before they serve you. How annoying is Mr. Cesar from that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos son unos rateros, cuando pides préstamos por x cantidad, piden un monto mucho más alto y te obligan a tomarlo,. además de que meten seguros adicionales.
Terrible service, executives are thieves, when you ask for loans for x amount, they ask for a much higher amount and they force you to take it. in addition to adding additional insurance.

La ubicación de la sucursal es buena , ya que tienes cerca el metrobus y el metro.
La sucursal esta muy limpia , hay que agradecer al personal de limpieza por tener así la sucursal.
Los ejecutivos te ofrecen tarjetas de crédito y préstamos personales , pero te asesoran bien .
