Pésimo servicio, llegue siendo el turno que sigue para pasar con los ejecutivos y dejan pasar otras personas, llevo esperando 45 min para un solo turno, no sirven de nada sus fichas, muy mal BBVA.

Pésimo servicio en esa sucursal, habiendo tanta gente esperando, los ejecutivos inútiles en sus escritorios sin pasar a una sola persona. El tiempo estimado de espera es una burla, tardan HORAS en atender a una persona.

Nefasto! Si ya de por sí, es discriminatorio categorizar los turnos dejando al final a los usuarios por no ser cuentahabientes... hoy fue el colmo no permitirme pasar a cajas, después de interrogar en que banco recibo mi nomina, argumentando que debía pasar primero con un asesor para dicha autorización. Cuando su único interés era insistir en su ofrecimiento por migrar mi nomina a su banco.

Visite este banco el 22 de Mayo aproximadamente a las 12:50pm: El joven que apoya cajeros automáticos..bien La señorita que te da ficha...pésima Lo que más me molesto, fue que me dio ficha poniendo que se me había olvidado mi tarjeta, siendo que se la di, para que me diera mi ficha. Y con risa burlesca. El gerente....mmmm bien. Los cajeros... Bien. Que lastima de banco. Por una persona uno tiene una mala experiencia.

El cuate que reparte turnos se la pasa bateando gente que quiere pasar con Ejecutivo, lo habia visto con mucha gente y ahora me toco a Mi, quiero abrir otra cuenta solo me pide mi número de tel. Y que ellos me marcan....ya van dos veces , no se con que intención lo hacen.
