Lousy service they had me waiting more than two hours to open an account and then they tell me that I will not reach they sent me to another branch and they never told me the stationery that needed pure turns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente por varios años en Torreón y desde hace muchos ahora en Monterrey, tengo la fortuna de no tener malas experiencias hasta hoy. Pero en esta pandemia, algunos bancos tratan de suavisar las situaciones si está próximo a cerrar 20 min antes dar números a la gente que ya tiene mucho tiempo esperando y atender hasta el último q tenga su boleto. Todos debemos cooperar. Tambien nosotros como clientes hay q relajarnos no podemos llevar tiempo limitado hay poco personal y somos muchos. Saludos desde Mty.?.
I am a client for several years in Torreón and for many now in Monterrey, I have been fortunate to have no bad experiences until today. But in this pandemic, some banks try to soften situations if it is close to closing 20 min before giving numbers to people who have already been waiting a long time and attend to the last person who has their ticket. We all must cooperate. Also we as clients have to relax we cannot take limited time there is little staff and we are many. Greetings from Mty.?.
