★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes cuenta con ellos los ejecutivos siempre tratan de NO ayudarte, a la primera oportunidad mandarte a la sucursal de origen para trámites simples y no tienen actitud de servicio. Pareciera que regresan al tiempo en él qué eran burócratas, nada se puede, todo te ponen peros, tienen muy mala actitud.
 If you have an account with them, the executives always try NOT to help you, at the first opportunity send you to the branch of origin for simple procedures and they do not have a service attitude. It seems that they go back to the time in which they were bureaucrats, nothing can be done, everything bothers you, they have a very bad attitude.
