El día 15 de mayo mi madre acudió a esta sucursal y la señora de atención al cliente fue muy grosera, déspota, y humillo a mi madre y se negó a darle el servicio que le correspondía, burlándose de ella. De las peores sucursales. La ejecutiva todo va para Banortel y ni presta atención a lo que uno le explica. El personal totalmente ineficiente y muy altaneros. Evítense la molestia, recurran a otra sucursal.

Muy mala atención al cliente de parte de Gabriela Venegas, todo quiere derivar a Banortel y Banortel te dice que en sucursal se pueden hacer las cosas. Además no quiere aperturas cuentas que no sean de crédito

Terrible experiencia, espero no volver a entrar a un Banorte nunca. Para empezar, me parece una pésima idea poner horario para hacer cobro de depósito hecho en Estados Unidos, como máximo a las 11:00 am. Ayer llegué 11:03 y ya no me atendieron. Y hoy, el "ejecutivo" de Atención a Clientes me hizo una muy mala pasada: llegué corriendo para evitar pasarme de la hora y me fui hacia las cajas, recordé que había que tomar ficha pero él no estaba cuando llegué, así que al regresar entró más gente y pedí si me daba ese turno porque yo había llegado antes, un turno de "no cliente Banorte", ficha A64 con hora de 10:59. Estaba por entregarle esa ficha a alguien que supuse tampoco era cliente porque en teoría era para el esa ficha. Lo que me molestó es que el ejecutivo le dio una ficha G13 y pasó mucho antes que yo. ¿Es o no mala atención? Su banco APESTA, regios...

Como en todos lados guardar distancia uso de gel etc. Pero son resolutivos, mi problema me lo resolvieron entre varios ejecutivos y quedé satisfecho con su servicio, gracias a todos, Banorte Basílica....
