En visitas recientes, el gran inconveniente que como clientes hemos tenido, es que, a causa de la pandemia, nos hacen esperar hasta 10 minutos antes de abrir la puerta, aunque no haya fila. Deben considerar que algunos clientes llevamos grandes cantidades de efectivo, eso nos hace vulnerables ya que la sucursal se encuentra en una avenida muy concurrida y corremos el riesgo de ser asaltados.
 The service in general is good, both at the window and with the executive. In recent visits, the great inconvenience that we have had as clients is that, due to the pandemic, they make us wait up to 10 minutes before opening the door, even if there is no line. You should consider that some clients carry large amounts of cash, that makes us vulnerable since the branch is located on a very busy avenue and we run the risk of being robbed.
