★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una estafa....no cumplen los plazos de entrega comprometidos , los muebles llegan defectuosos, devolví un buró y después de esperar nuevamente llegó aún en peor estado. Nada recomendable
 It is a scam .... they do not meet the promised delivery deadlines, the furniture arrives defective, I returned a bureau and after waiting again it arrived in even worse condition. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas lacras, compré una recámara entera, me daban largas hasta que me bloquearon de WhatsApp, próximamente acudiré con mi pago a exigir y si se niegan a reponer, procederé legalmente.
They are blunders, I bought a whole bedroom, they kept me going until they blocked me from WhatsApp, soon I will come with my payment to demand and if they refuse to replace, I will proceed legally.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They do not meet the delivery time. Every time I asked about my piece of furniture, they told me that it was about to be delivered and it never arrived… I was like this for two months!! The Puerto Vallarta branch lady is rude and does not solve anything

Espere pacientemente los 90 días que me dieron de plazo para la entrega de mi pedido y 5 días antes de la fecha de entrega me envían un mensaje diciendo diciendo que tardará 30 días más, a lo cual pedí la devolución del anticipo el cual di en una sola exhibición. Tengo 15 días ya esperando ese reembolso y solo dan escusas, que tengo que esperar 20 días mínimo para recibir el dinero.
Esto es un fraude total, 0 formalidad!!
Terrible service.
Wait patiently for the 90 days that they gave me for the delivery of my order and 5 days before the delivery date they send me a message saying that it will take 30 more days, to which I asked for the return of the advance payment which I gave in a single display. I have already been waiting for that refund for 15 days and they only give excuses, that I have to wait a minimum of 20 days to receive the money.
This is a total fraud, 0 formality!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware . Their Guadalajara head office location closed and After trying to get updated after 30 ,60 90 days and can’t offer any information on update or delivery . This place has terrible business practices and is more of a headache. 2 weeks passed and still waiting for refund.

Seriously, stay away from this place as they are either a scam or the worst run business that I have ever experienced.
Don't be fooled by the refreshments offered in the showroom - they do not take customer service seriously. They took our money for a bedroom set, and after 90 days they haven’t delivered and they are unable to commit to a delivery date.
Each time we speak to someone at the store, the only thing they can do is send an email to someone in Guadalajara and wait for a response that never seems to come. They never follow up and the only time we find out anything is if we call or return to the showroom. Even then, they don't tell us anything conclusive.
I wish we saw the reviews before purchasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste a dime. I paid for my items 6 months ago. They were supposed to be shipped a month ago; I had several conversations confirming items were shipped. The shipping company contacted me 3 days ago to say they have my items to deliver (5 days after items were to arrive). They are also charging me 21,000 pesos for 3 items for shipping! They told me this the day they were pretending to ship the items. I still haven’t received anything.
