Son muy amables pero el servicio que dan es pesimo, hacen perder el tiempo, dañaron ellos mismos la pila al ponerla y quitarla para cargarla y no aceptar que ya no funcionaba, al momento de hacer valida la garantia, su respuesta: "no fui yo, fue alguno de mis compañeros ?" lamentables sus respuestas. Siempre me dijeron que era falla del alternador del auto, me cobran servicio a domicilio 3 veces, una de ellas la revisaron me dijeron hay que cambiar la pila pero no tenemos de momento, la segunda le hicieron limpieza y la tercera la recarga de 48 horas. ( yo sin auto y pensanso que ya me estaban resolviendo el problema) Ya mejor hable directamente con LTH y llegando inmediatamente me dijeron la pila ya no sirve y no cubre la garantia porque la dañaron al quitarla y ponerla (los de Batery Master), revisaron el alternador y dijó NO está dañado (para esto ya lo habia llevado a un electrico y me dijo lo mismo). Así que perdi tiempo y dinero con Batery Master de Leones y paseo las estrellas. I do not recommend it !!! Algunas las venden como nuevas y son viejas, no agarran carga y cuando quieres usar la garantía te inventan mil razones para no darte una nueva. Te dicen que no llenaste la póliza de la garantía (cuando al comprarla no te dicen que era necesario), te mienten, siempre amables por supuesto, pero todo es a propósito para que te canses y te vayas. I do not recommend buying LTH batteries, they are not the same as before, and less in this place. Some sell them as new and are old, they do not hold a load and when you want to use the guarantee they invent a thousand reasons not to give you a new one. No lo recomiendo para nada, vayan a otro lado.
