Pésimo servicio !!!!! La señorita de información al atenderme se portó de una manera prepotente y grosera ,porque la señorita estaba en su teléfono celular texteando ,y al parecer se molestaba que uno le preguntara si se iba a demorar ,bueno al final decidí ir a la sucursal del centro en comercial mexicana y el servicio es diez veces mejor ..
Terrible service !!!!! The lady of information to attend me behaved in a arrogant and rude way, because the lady was on her cell phone texting, and apparently it bothered that one asked her if she was going to delay, well in the end I decided to go to the center branch in Mexican commercial and the service is ten times better ..

Pésimo servicio, le pedí información a la señorita que da los turnos para tener preparado todo lo necesario y al llegar a la ventanilla me pidieron otra información diferente. Las colas muy largas y no funcionan todas las ventanillas.

Cuenta con cajeros automáticos ATM para retiro de efectivo y algunos para depósitos. La realidad es que en temporada alta y en días de quincena la fila es enorme, sale hasta la calle. Pero es la única sucursal más céntrica. #YoSoyNat #LetsGuide #OnGoogleMaps #LocalGuides

Tiempo aproximado en área de ejecutivos comerciales depende la amistad del cliente con ellos. Son extremadamente ineficaces más de dos horas esperando no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Además no se por que tienen que estar presentes otras personas ajenas al área de ejecutivos comerciales. Tienen mejor servicio y privacidad financieras de menor capital.

Me han sorprendió, esperaba una atención similar a la de su competencia y desde la seguridad hasta la gerencia muy amables y ahora con la contingencia, extremaron las medidas de seguridad y el utilizar sus cajeros te genera confianza. A pesar de la multitud, se esmeran por dar una atención personalizada. Lamentablemente, por la contingencia, las filas pueden llegar al exterior y el sol es insoportable, pero no es algo que puedan arreglar fácilmente así que se agradece infinitamente su esfuerzo.

If you’re a foreigner I would avoid this bank. I wanted to set up an account with BBVA because Santander is awful. So I go to set up my account and on the website it says you need your passport and proof of address. Trip 1) I go in with my proof of address and passport. They tell me I need my fm2 Trip 2 ) I go in with my proof , passport, and fm2 / they tell me I need to bring in a copy of my curp. I asked the lady which and she basically told me whatever one is on the website. Trip 3) I go in with everything including this printed version of my curp. The lady says no not that one this one. So this lady’s was nice enough to help me find the actual lady. Trip 4) They tell me the account I want to open is only for Mexicans and I need $4000 to open the account. Which is fine but was never previously mentioned. Trip 5) I go in with everything and they tell me I have to go to SAT to get a special form. So after 5 trips to BBVA I have no bank account. I decided to not get an account with them. I am literally trying to give them all my money and I am receiving even worse customer service than Santander which I didn’t know was humanly possible. So if they could care less about me opening an account , what will they be like they have me at their mercy?
