★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he tenido el gusto de visitar el o los lugares con los que cuentan personalmente pero por parte de WhatsApp tienen un pésimo servicio al menos en una de sus surcusales!!! Tardan hasta 2 días en hacer una simple cotización completa para poder depositarles, y todo un día completo ignorando tus mensajes.
I have not had the pleasure of visiting the place or places that they have personally but on WhatsApp they have a lousy service at least in one of their surcusals !!! It takes up to 2 days to make a simple full quote to deposit them, and a full day ignoring your messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empleada, si no mal recuerdo de nombre Karina, me entregó un producto inservible (una resortera de 6 resortes pero con 3 de ellos truncos). Como iba con mucha prisa no alcancé a revisar la mercancía, no cometan el error que cometí yo de confiar en la honestidad o control de calidad de los trabajadores de esa tienda.
An employee, if I remember correctly Karina, gave me an unusable product (a slingshot with 6 springs but with 3 of them truncated). As I was in a great hurry I could not review the merchandise, do not make the mistake that I made of trusting the honesty or quality control of the workers of that store.
