★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien en un principio, pero la aerolínea (Aeroméxico) decidió cambiar un vuelo y no fue posible tomarlo, por lo tanto lo perdimos y no hubo reembolso alguno porque alegaron q sólo fueron unas horas las q nos adelantaron el vuelo... también sería bueno q confirmaran los pagos con el hotel reservado porque al llegar a Chihuahua nos hicieron esperar cerca de una hora para darnos el check-in, y no hubo ningún tipo de cortesía por la espera. De ahí en fuera, muy buena atención de la srita Casandra en el Best Day de Coacalco
All very well at first, but the airline (Aeroméxico) decided to change a flight and it was not possible to take it, therefore we lost it and there was no refund because they claimed that it was only a few hours that they advanced the flight ... also It would be good if they confirmed the payments with the reserved hotel because when we arrived in Chihuahua they made us wait for about an hour to check-in, and there was no kind of courtesy for the wait. From there on out, very good attention from Miss Casandra at the Best Day in Coacalco
