Creo que para pertenecer a esta excelente empresa toman encuenta muchos puntos importantes siendo muy convenientes, pero ahora su sistema de selección de personal a cambiado, haciendo esto más práctico desde su primer filtro; Lamento mucho que hoy en día el su primer contacto sea virtual, con un programa instalado de inteligencia artificial, que sólo cumple con preguntas y respuestas muy específicas y si por algún motivo una de sus respuestas no cumple con este tipo de inteligencia artificial, simplemente estas fuera de este gran proyecto de vida... Sólo les menciono que todas las entrevistas que se hicieron de persona a persona en el sígueme proceso, todos decían ( Si por mi fuera tu estarías dentro de la empresa ) Supervisor, El médico y Supervisor Mecánico... Sólo no dejen que un sistema de inteligencia artificial deje fuera a mucha gente que realmente querían hacer una vida en Bimbo.
Imaginen cuándo inició este proyecto y sus mentores no hubiesen confiando en la calidez humana de venta y reparto, creen que hubieran llegado a ser la empresa más importante del mundo de reparto de pan, y llegar a millones de familias a diario, confíen en sus instintos no dejen que la inteligencia artificial decida por ustedes....
