Me regalaron un labial por una promo y al salirme, fuera de la tienda me di cuenta que el labial que compré y el que me dieron era el mismo tono. Regresé de inmediato a cambiarlo, fue inmediato, y no me apoyaron. Entiendo que no se puedan cambiar ese tipo de accesorios, pero como vendedoras, deberían conocer sus promos para sugerirte al momento de comprar. Espero encuentren personal involucrado con su servicio y marca.
I went on July 11, 2021, one of those days with pants and tennis shoes, they treated me very badly, they stopped me because of someone who didn't even buy them. They gave me a lipstick for a promo and when I left, outside the store I realized that the lipstick I bought and the one they gave me were the same shade. I returned immediately to change it, it was immediate, and they did not support me. I understand that these types of accessories cannot be changed, but as sellers, they should know their promos to suggest you when buying. I hope you find staff involved with your service and brand.
