★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went to the Boho Spa Centro today and had an awesome experience. Yesterday the receptionist was able to help us in English and she was able to fit us in for today. I had an hour massage and a pedicure and my daughter had a mani-pedi. Thank you ladies for making our day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Boho Spa Centro for a one hour massage during my stay in Merida. The location was conveniently close to the main plaza and was a short walk from my accommodations.
It was easy to make a reservation online and they had lots of availability for times during the day and evenings. The reception area was very clean and modern and I filled out some basic health information before the massage.
My full body massage was the one hour customized version which cost 680 pesos and was very reasonable. It was so lovely and it was the perfect amount of pressure! I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing experience and there was calming music playing in the background as well. Very nice! Would recommend.

Price very affordable if you come from US but for Mexico is kind of expensive
The service was good but I had no idea the kind of products they used, I wanted to know what were they using
I had a massage with my daughter and they were very nice to her , she is 8 years old
Seems to be the best option in Merida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3:30 pm today went to spa which is supposed to be open. The door was locked with two employees standing inside. One person come and open door to let us inside. Ask to make massage appointment for today or tomorrow, no appointment available. Next appointment opening is next week Tuesday. Lost a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was simple to book a next day appointment for a 90-minute facial. When the aesthetician realized how poor my Spanish is, she kindly brought the receptionist in and asked her to explain to me in English that one of the face masks being used during the service would cover my mouth and eyes, and was I ok with this. I really appreciated this gesture. Plus, it was a fabulous facial at a reasonable price with a nominal up charge for hot stones on my arms during the treatment. Will return on my next visit to Merida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a massage, facial, and pedicure with Fabiola who was AMAZING! She was very attentive and took her time. She asked questions ahead of time to personalize the massage which I greatly appreciated. She was very professional and I can't recommend her enough. The receptionist was also helpful and very kind. Prices were great as well as the location. Book an appointment, and ask for Fabiola! Thank you Boho Spa!

The receptionist discussed with me what type of massage I wanted and if I had any problem areas before the massage started, and I loved every 90 minutes with my masseuse, Fabiola. I will definitely be back!

The staff is very professional and accommodating. The front desk lady speaks very good English. I booked via WhatsApp and they were very responsive. I will be back
