Pésimo servicio, he ido a cargar gasolina y siempre te atienden con una carota y mas si uno quiere pagar con tarjeta, he ido a otros y pages como sea te atienden bien y con buena atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer pasé a cargar a esta gasolinera y al despachador no le gustó que pagara con tarjeta de crédito, su molestia era evidente por tener que hacer este trámite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi crítica es al sitio web. Intenté facturar en línea y fue imposible. Me pidió hacer una cuenta, la hice y cuando quise entrar me decía que mis datos eran incorrectos (los revisé varias veces y sí eran correctos), volví a hacer otra cuenta con un email distinto, esta vez súper recontra asegurándome de tener bien la contraseña y usuario y de nuevo me marcó lo mismo, lo cual indica que hay un error muy grave en el sitio web. Finalmente intenté facturar con la opción "sin usuario" y me dijo que ese ticket ya estaba hecha la factura y que entrara a "mis facturas" para verla (cosa que era imposible ya que jamás me dejó ingresar) y también era simplemente imposible que el ticket ya tenía factura pq jamás hice la factura en primer lugar!!! No hay ningún chat para auxiliar ni una sección de ayuda, NADA. Pésima experiencia, no regreso a cargar gasolina ahí pq para mí es importante facturar y a veces no cuento con el tiempo para hacerlo al momento de cargar gasolina y necesito tener la opción de hacerlo en línea.

There is no chat for support or a help section, NOTHING. Terrible experience, I do not return to fill gasoline there because it is important for me to bill and sometimes I do not have the time to do it when filling gasoline and I need to have the option to do it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo en la facturación en línea, jamás volveré a cargar ahí. Les recomiendo que no carguen gasolina en esa estación ni en ninguna del grupo BP.
Terrible at online billing, I will never charge there again. I recommend that you do not load gasoline at that station or at any of the BP group.
