Budget - 34304 Durango

Me gustó mucho el servicio, le pongo 4 estrellas porque yo quería una marca en específico, aunque me explicaron que eran multi marcas y me dieron la categoría que elegí, yo quería un auto en especifico.

Pesimo servicio,hice una reserva de una SUV, pague por adelantado Y no procesaron correctamente la orden al momento de querer recoger el vehiculo no lo tenían disponible y lejos de querer arreglar su error, ni siquiera se disculparon, ofrecieron cambiarlo por un sedan compacto ya que era lo único disponible,no me entregaron ningun vehiculo y se rehúsan a hacer el reembolso correspondiente. Ahorrense problemas y no renten en Budget Durango

Be prepared for a terrible experience and negotiation that goes nowhere. They wanted to put a 70k peso hold on my credit card. They don't care if my credit card or insurance cover rentals, they want you to purchase the insurance directly through them. They left me in an awkward situation and without a ride.

I usually don't have any issues but this one occurrence ruined all the positives ones: Our vehicle was not perfectly clean and the worse part was, the front left driver side tire was wears enough, the wires inside the inner was showing. The car was unsafe to drive on the city or highway. Not to mention the engine light was always ON. At some point almost every panel light went OFF. I ended up calling BUDGET to have the car replaced the next day, which they immediately replaced the vehicle the next day at no extra cost. The next day I showed up to pick up the replacement vehicle an eded up with another issue, the windshield was crack from side by side, So Later on I finally got the right vehicle. I Also have to mention that I received an outstanding Customer Service from Salvador Espinoza from the moment I arrived, through the whole replacing vehicles process, until the returned date.. Salvador went over the bill to make sure they were no extra chargers, although after I paid I notice they charged extra $11.47 fee. Hello Paola, in response to your previous message, I want you to know that every time I reserved a trip to Mexico through EXPEDIA, I do not get to choose the rental brand, so my comment was not resentment because you did not provide me with the competition phone number, it was because I had a bad experience every time I have to deal with you that's all, so I want you to know that your dum statement is completed garbage. I can't imagine your poor co-worker's frustrations of having to deal with you at work every day! Do yourself a favor If you don't like what you do, find another job! Regards,

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They allow you to rent the car online and do not charge for insurance until you pick up the car. At the point, they can charge whatever they wish since they require you to have insurance. Keep in mind that they do not allow third-party insurance vendors or insurance coverage outside of Mexico. We ended up paying close to $500 usd in insurance costs (this is not including the car rental itself) for a car that broke down on us. The only available car they had available when the SUV broke down on us was a small car. However, they were only able to discount $3USD. In total, we paid close to $800 USD for an SUV that broke down on us two days after we rented it. Then, we had to use a small car for the rest of the days (4). They will take advantage of anyone they can. Highly disappointed and do not recommend Budget Car Rental from the Durango airport in Mexico.
