★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera ponerle -5 estrellas lo haría, pésimo servicio, haces un pedido, les pides que omitan un ingrediente y te dicen que a ver si es que lo pueden hacer (verdura), que no te aseguran que lo puedan hacer y no se hacen responsables de que llegue con este ingrediente o no porque tienen mucho trabajo, no dudo que su producto sea bueno pero el servicio no, no se piden milagros, solo que te atiendan como el cliente que eres, solicitando un producto, a final de cuentas el cliente elige que comprar y que ingredientes puede omitir, un poco más de tacto hacia el cliente seria una gran oportunidad de mejora, no se piden que lo adornen con flores y muchos colores pero que te traten bien y lamentablemente con el pésimo servicio no me quedaron ganas de probar su producto.
If I could put -5 stars I would do it, terrible service, you make an order, you ask them to omit an ingredient and they tell you to see if they can do it (vegetable), they do not assure you that they can do it and they are not done Responsible for whether it arrives with this ingredient or not because they have a lot of work, I do not doubt that their product is good but the service is not, they do not ask for miracles, only that they treat you as the customer you are, requesting a product, in the end the Client chooses what to buy and what ingredients to omit, a little more tact towards the client would be a great opportunity for improvement, they are not asked to decorate it with flowers and many colors but to be treated well and unfortunately with the terrible service they did not fit me looking forward to trying your product.
