★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger King used to be better than it is. Ever since they renovated the place, the prices have gone up and the quality of the food has gone down. Although it does look great now, I half wish they'd never done that! The last time I ate there was a real disappointment. (This review is for the Burger King II downtown. I made a mistake in location).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This not the first time, i visited Burguer King in Morelia, the personnel is great, but the food not too good, need to be better like in California, TOO DRY, THE MEAT IS DRY LIKE A PIECE OF CARBOARD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was terribly inefficient and slow, and there seemed to be no direction by any sort of manager. As a result, the ordering process was incredibly slow and cumbersome, with a very long wait to receive the order. My friend ordered the Malteada con Turin, and instead they gave him a chocolate shake. When I tried to get them to replace the item, they said they didn't unfortunately have the plain vanilla ice cream, so they gave him chocolate. I understand that occasionally supplies run out—but just tell us up front instead of substituting something very different. My friend doesn't like chocolate, so we ending up throwing it away and wasting the money. I love Burger King, but this location is in dire need of additional staff training and a competent manager.
