★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cabañas son muy buenas, no esperes aire acondicionado y las grandes comodidades pero es muy bello poder quedarte ver el mar de noche y salir al lago a ver la bioluminicencia. En mi cabaña por mala suerte me salio un alacran negro muy grande y uno mas chiquito. No pude dormir por el temor de que me saliera otro pero es razonable no estas en una zona que no te lo esperes jajaja así que tengan cuidado.
The cabins are very good, do not expect air conditioning and great amenities but it is very beautiful to be able to stay and see the sea at night and go out to the lake to see the bioluminescence. In my cabin, because of bad luck, I got a very large black scorpion and a smaller one. I could not sleep for fear that another one would come out but it is reasonable you are not in an area that you do not expect hahaha so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once came here with my family. Driving for many hours from Puerto Angel. It turned out that everything thing was closed for the season. Anyways, this wonderful family let us put up our tent in her restaurant, cooked us fish and the son took us out on a boat trip. My best 2 days in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First lets talk about Calin: this local trully cares about the community and works at making a sustainable business out of tourism. He created a youth football team to have the kids involved in a healthy activity. He has always lived here and loves his town. Second the lodging: it is very basic lodging where you can plant your tent or use the cabañas available. There is also a calmer option on top of his house a bit further off the beach with bathroom. Thirdly the food is nicely priced, fresh and tasty, it is however like most other places on the beach. Say hi to him for me!
