Cafe tal is a corner small and cozy place. They roast their own coffee. I am a coffee roaster too. Coffee was roasted beautifully. I had a cortado and my friends had cafe con leche and cappuccino. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying up on the hills of Gunajuato. The long trek up goes right by Cafe Tal. We keep ordering Parkinsons to go, to help us make the long walk. What's a Parkinson? A super strong chocolate espresso mix.
Cafe Tal is excellent. I suspect we'll be ordering many coffees from them before our vacation ends.

You can buy bags of ground coffee to take with you, it's also conveniently located close to a delicious cake shop and delicately curated arts and crafts store.
