★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que entramos nadie nos atendió, no había gente esperando por lo que no sería excusa.
Pésimo servicio al cliente, un ambiente horrible pues los empleados (eran tres) estaban discutiendo y hablando con groserías mientras se empujaban entre las mesas, las bebidas (Tisana de frutos rojos y chai latte frío) estaban excesivamente cargadas, en cuanto a la chapata y el cuernito, el jamón sabía un poco agrio. Todo muy mal e incómodo, no lo recomiendo.

Pedí un baguettin, especial de pepperoni y queso, la verdad me quedé algo hambriento, he de comentar que los productos son de buena calidad.
Para mi gustó la ensalada es de sus mejores platillos, muy basta, una mezcla de frutos secos, yogur, moras y hierbas frescas.
El café es de buena calidad, la mezcla es rica, pero no hay nada diferencial, mi capuchino estaba algo soso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había leído sobre la necesidad de mejorar su servicio y eficiencia, y en mi visita lo constaté. Los productos se ven de buena calidad y frescos. Áreas de oportunidad: atención al cliente (y ¡actitud de servicio!) y eficiencia. Con una carta con tan pocas opciones de alimentos y tres personas en barra no debería ser tan complicado.
I had read about the need to improve their service and efficiency, and I saw it on my visit. The products look good quality and fresh. Areas of opportunity: customer service (and service attitude!) En una ocasión me cobraron un queso que no me entregaron, la vez siguiente pedí 400 gramos de jamón y el chico "escuchó mal" y me dio 210, tomé un queso del refri y la etiqueta decía 640 y en realidad pesaba 590. Es una lástima, porque los productos son bueno, pero no la honestidad.
I had been shopping in this place for years and the last (at least 3) times I have been, they have tried to overcharge me, not to say rob me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo unos años asistiendo a este lugar, nunca me había tomado la molestia de puntuarlos, puesto a qué no era nada del otro mundo, su atención era genérica y bastante descortés, en si solo asistía por la cercanía a casa de mi abuela.
Pero justo hoy se ganaron mis 5 estrellas, asistí como al rededor de las 4 o 4:30pm, no esperando nada diferente, pero al parecer cambiaron a su equipo de trabajo y me alegra que empiecen a tener gente profesional o agradecida con la vida por así decirlo, su atención fue espectacular, con demasiada cortesía y calidez, esos pequeños detalles te hacen disfrutar de un buen café y un baguettin como debe de ser, nunca había probado otra cosa que no fuera su chai.
Hoy decidí variarle un poco y un chico con gafas comenzó a hacerme varias recomendaciones (muy dadivoso y amigable)
Al acceder a sus recomendaciones un señor (me imagino que el jefe) me garantizo la calidad, yo con risas le agradecí y me causo tanta gracia que solo asistí por un chai y un baguettin y terminé con jamón, queso y más cosas (cabe mencionar que fue por toda su atención) . En fin, si quieres una recomendación...ASISTE EN LA TARDE, TE TRATARAN DE MARAVILLA. te recomiendo su Roast beff es delicioso, pide que te recomienden bebidas ellos darán en el punto.
Agradezco a la administración que por fin comiencen a poner este lugar en orden.
I have been attending this place for a few years, I had never bothered to rate them, since it was nothing to write home about, their attention was generic and quite impolite, I only attended because of the proximity to my grandmother's house.
But just today they earned my 5 stars, I attended around 4 or 4:30 pm, not expecting anything different, but apparently they changed their work team and I'm glad they start having professional people or people who are grateful with life for so to speak, his attention was spectacular, with too much courtesy and warmth, those little details make you enjoy a good coffee and a baguette as it should be, I had never tried anything other than his chai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El café es delicioso, de verdad por eso vamos. No siempre me atienden bien, en especial cuando está dueña, pero los dos chavos de ahorita en la mañana, son muy amables y limpios, ojalá se logren mantener en la cafetería. El café es delicioso, insisto.
