★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco horrible la app se bloquea sola y hay que acudir a sucursal donde te tardan mas de 2 horas para poder desbloquearla. El cajero se queda con el dinero al tratar de retirar. Vas a comprar con la tarjeta y no pasa. Pagas con la app y nunca llega el pago te dan vueltas y vueltas diciendote que tienes que hacer una .dos tres aclaraciones y nada.. No me puedo cambiar de banco x k mi trabajo no me deja
It's a horrible bank, the app locks itself and you have to go to a branch where it takes you more than 2 hours to unlock it. The cashier keeps the money when trying to withdraw. You are going to buy with the card and it does not pass. You pay with the app and the payment never comes, they give you round and round telling you that you have to make one. Two clarifications and nothing .. I can't change banks x k my job won't let me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con los cajeros, se traban y se quedan con el dinero y para que te resuelvan tienes que esperar días y esperar a que la investigación sea a tu favor y todo es por vía telefónica.
Be careful with the ATMs, they get stuck and keep the money and for them to solve you you have to wait days and wait for the investigation to be in your favor and everything is by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta en muy buena zona de la plaza céntrica cuenta con atención en ventanilla y asesores para cualqquier duda o aclaracion puedes pasar a la area de cajeros endonde tienen cuatro cajeros automáticos de los cuales son de lo mas actuales para aser mas eficiente el servicio para sus clientes
