★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Booked on-line through "On Time Car Rental" but it took 15 mins to find the rep at the airport (to shuttle us to their off-site offices) becasue he was holding a sign for "America Car Rental" instead. Email confirmation was in yet another company's name.
- The on-line quote was in USD but once there, you could only pay in Mexican Pesos and the exchange rate they used to convert our quoted price meant we paid and an extra 20% = $50 (compared to if they had used the publically quoted rate for that day).
- Rented a VW Gol - it was clean but very basic (no central locking, no radio/CD, manual windows etc).
- Took hour and a half from exiting the airport to driving off in the car

A gentleman said that he called was told " very busy" no car available.
Have the respect to update customer.
