 They were 30 min late for us, they charged me for 2 baby car seats and they only took me 1 and they didn't want to make my refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriving to the airport for the fist time might be confusing, Cancun Transfers made it so easy to find the guy waiting for me and my family. We spend a weeek In Tulum and the driver was very helpful giving us tips and a list of palces we should visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends were excited to visit Chichen Itza, we found Cancun transfers online and decided to try it out. We were riding our own van, we left early in the morning, our driver was great and the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable of the Mayan culture. They took us to a cenote and a small town for lunch. Will definitely try the Tulum tour with them next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took us to the wrong hotel then charged me $75. + a $ 25 USD tip to get me to the correct. Ziva Hyatt Cancun. Vs ziva Hyatt Rivera Cancun. Then tried to make me think it was my fault even though the correct hotel was on the paid for in advance invoice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Cancun Transfers. The pickup at the airport is quick and easy. I've used their services before and they're always on time . Drivers are courteous, polite and helpful. Must say I also enjoyed the clean private transportation along with the drinks we had ordered. Definitely recommend
