The houses and all the spaces are beautiful, I love that they are spacious and all the privacy, everything is very beautiful

The place is incredible and the project is promising. But I have had many problems with finishes, humidity, I just found out that someone broke into a house reading the comments. They have been attending guarantees in my house for 1 year and I have to be at home by force to be able to advance in all the issues. I am tired of receiving workers and being missed on their scheduled dates to attend to my problems at home. Their contractors take months to address issues.

Super poor quality all the material throughout the house. They sell you a house with luxury and quality finishes and not even the basics are well done. We had a thousand problems from the first day of delivery and now a year later we still have several of the same problems. I had several walls opened to correct the poor workmanship of the pipes for the air conditioners and to date one connection is still poorly made. My garage after 6 months began to fall apart and they tell me that they know that this finish is not suitable for garage use and they are not going to fix it. With just sweeping, half a garage is gone. It's ridiculous that something like this happens in a new house! I fear that my boiler will explode or poison us any day and to date they have not sent me someone to check and see what the problem is. The humidity problems have been going on for a year and they still cannot be solved. The vendors are very friendly when you buy from them, but as soon as you tell them that you are not happy with what they give you, they don't even show their faces. It's more they turn it to you when they see you! I have asked on several occasions to speak with someone of real authority of the construction company and they do not allow it. Its double security filter is a mockery. The same workers steal from the houses and the construction company hides it. The terrace has nothing to do with the finishes that they show you on their website and nothing works. They sold us a project of houses and with the surprise that now they will also make lofts. Misleading sale!! Instead of solving the problems, they block you on social networks. Nothing recommended.
